WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
All orders ship within 3 business days, Monday through Friday, and typically take from 2-10 days to get to you, depending on how far away you live from VA. Expedited and Express orders ship same day if placed before 1pm EST. Please note that shipping delays during the holiday season may occur.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?
Yes you can! If you aren't satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it to us within 30 days of the delivery date for an exchange or refund (which is extended for gifts ordered during the holiday season). Please note that some products are non-returnable no matter what.
