Our Story

We believe fashion should be beautiful, practical, and good for everyone - including Mother Nature and everyone in the production process! That's why the vast majority of our line is made of 100% organic cotton and we focus on ethical, sustainable manufacturing practices.

Our Fabric

Our organic cotton is farmed in India. We only use GOTS-certified cotton (a third-party certification ensuring ecological, ethical, and social responsibility). Our organic cotton and eco-friendly dyes are fully biodegradable and the majority of our products are 100% cotton.

Our cotton fabric is knit in a special way, so you can enjoy the stretch and comfort you're used to while enjoying the benefits of high-quality, breathable cotton! Every product description on our site includes the full fabric makeup of the product, so you can always rest assured what you're getting from us.

Our Team

We couldn't do what we do without many helping hands along the way.

Jaya, originally from India, is passionate about working closely with our Indian manufacturing partners. She makes site visits frequently and ensures we only work with manufacturers committed to fair wages and good working conditions. Our main partner is currently in the process of acquiring third-party ethics certification, which we will share here as soon as we can!

Each purchase also supports our growing USA team, who enjoy fair market wages (including our interns!), flexible working hours, and anything else we can possibly do to honor their hard work!

Our Designs

We believe art = humanity. From ideation to design, our prints are inspired by our community, our team, and the world around us. We always work with a team of independent artists, license art from talented designers, or bring historical works of art to life on our clothes.

Waste Reduction

Fashion can be an extremely wasteful industry, so we do everything we can to lessen our impact. During the manufacturing process, we use as much of the fabric as possible, using leftover bits to make doll dresses, jewelry bags, scrunchies, and other small items! Anything that can't be utilized that way becomes a fabric swatch for sale on our site.

When an item is returned, we make every effort to restock it as long as it's in good condition. Our samples, mistakes, and poor quality returns are sold at a discount, offered to our employees, or donated.
