Shipping policy

We ship both domestically and internationally! For all outgoing mail, parcels can become heavily delayed or lost while in transit. If your your tracking hasn't updated in over a week, please reach out to us through our contact form.

Missing and heavily delayed parcels must be reported to us within 30 days of the orders being shipped, as beyond this window, shipping services forfeit all responsibility. This goes for all domestic and international mail.

If the address we ship to is the one you've requested, we are not responsible for orders that are marked as delivered, but aren't actually delivered. Please notify your local mail delivery service first to see if they have any additional information for you. Though we are not liable for misdeliveries or stolen parcels, we do offer a package protection service which does cover these cases when purchased.

US Orders: We offer a flat shipping rate of $9.99 for Standard Shipping, $20 for Expedited Shipping, and $40 for Express Shipping. Standard shipping parcels are NOT guaranteed to reach you within the indicated timeframe, as this is just the average range. If you need your order by a certain date, please use our Expedited and Express options. If you've purchased a POD (print-on-demand) item, please check our FAQ here, as these products will increase the shipping costs.

Pre-orders: If you've purchased a pre-order item along with other items, your order will not be split-shipped until all items are available unless you request to pay for a $9.99 split-shipping fee.

*SHIPPING CUTOFF IS 12 PM EST.* All Expedited and Express orders placed after this time will count towards the following business day's orders.

International Orders: We offer pay-by-weight shipping services.
While these don't include any duty fees or taxes your country may charge, we do help you calculate these costs at checkout. Please note that if you are using a discount code, the discounts aren't included in the potential fees you may owe, so it's more than likely you will owe less than the estimator shows in these cases.

Due to the additional paperwork required, it may take a few additional days for your international order to be processed and shipped out. Orders paid for in non-USD currencies will need to be cancelled and repurchased if any changes need to be made to the purchase.
