How to Measure Yourself?
Use a soft measuring tape over bare skin or close-fitting clothes, and keep it snug but not tight.
Waist:
Measure around your natural waistline—the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button. Keep the tape close to your body, but not tight.
Hips:
Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips.
Inseam:
Measure along the inside of your leg, from the crotch down to the ankle, while standing straight with your feet together.
