Complete game changer for my confidence!
"I bought this skirt about a month ago, pairing it with the cherry blossom top and the fern belt. This outfit was my first experience with Svaha (along with the hummingbird dress I also bought at the time and love). I work in IT so most of my wardrobe is built for function, not for confidence and beauty. I was looking for something to update my wardrobe for the occasional dressy event after being frustrated with my wardrobe when preparing for an event. For context, I haven’t dressed up like that for probably about 18 years but now that has changed because I love this skirt so much! The compliments I get from it has made my inner light and beauty shine out more. I find myself caring much more about my appearance and try to find excuses to wear it. I’m now wearing this to church almost every Sunday (the off-week I wore the hummingbird dress) and any other event I can think of, like a retirement party, graduation parties, etc (even just to the grocery store to feel beautiful). This skirt is easily able to be dressed up with accessories or worn more casually without the belt. It pairs with many of the tops already in my wardrobe. The length is perfect on me and I can wear it with sneakers (new dress shoes with good support are next on my list to hunt down and buy). So far, the color is holding up well, though I may buy a second one to keep aside in case I need it for a very dressy occasion once this one starts to show wear. If it was available in navy blue, I would definitely get that as well. Probably would consider chocolate or charcoal also."
