Size Medium fits perfectly across my somewhat narrow shoulders, so if you're broad on top you might consider sizing up. Super cute, and totally comfortable. "I love it so much!! The length goes below my knees because I'm short, which is perfect for me. I like the higher neck and I love love love the 3/4 sleeves. The fabric is soft and the colors are rich. The pockets are as big as on the twirl dress but still good. I bought it on sale because I wasn't sure I'd like it, but I am in love with this long lovely library tunic!!"
