"This dress is perfection. I have a collection of small Svaha twirl dresses in different prints that I wear mainly when substitute teaching. At 5’5” and 145lbs with a long torso, I never reallt thought of myself as petite and was hesitant to try this dress, but I’ve always found the dresses a little on the long side, and figured I’d try a petite for casual summer wear. Five stars, I can’t recommend this enough! The fit is exactly the same as a regular twirl dress, with a length that’s just a little shorter and hits at the top of my knee. I was worried a shorter dress would ride up when I sat down, but this covers my knees while sitting and would absolutely be appropriate to wear while teaching. I wish I could snap my fingers and convert my whole Svaha collection to petite sizing. It may be worth finding a tailor. Thank you, Svaha, for making dresses with personality and then finding a way to make them even better!! The cherry blossom design is also fantastic."
