*Detailed glow instructions: The garment will need to be held in front of a bright light source for a minute or so in each area to activate it first, like a strong light bulb or a powerful non-phone flashlight. You can leave the garment in direct sunlight, though the glow takes much longer to activate with this method.
As long as the room is dark enough after this, the glow should be apparent, and the print won't require as much effort to activate in the future following this. Normally if one of our glow garments isn't glowing at the start, it's due to the activation light being too dim.

"The dress is great but it doesn't glow in the dark. I bought two different styles and neither one glows in the dark. I left them in the sun, under lamps, used a flashlight. They don't glow."
