Detailed glow instructions: The garment will need to be held in front of a bright light source for a minute or so in each area to activate it first, like a strong light bulb or a powerful non-phone flashlight. You can leave the garment in direct sunlight, though the glow takes much longer to activate with this method.
As long as the room is dark enough after this, the glow should be apparent, and the print won't require as much effort to activate in the future following this. Normally if one of our glow garments isn't glowing at the start, it's due to the activation light being too dim.

- After reading reviews I'm worried about the length and waist seam on the skater dress. They say too short and seam too high. I am 5'2 bust 42 weight 140. I like a dress short but not so short that I have to wear something underneath. Will it fit me a few inches above the knee as shown in photo?
- The dress should fit similarly above the knee. Some of the models wearing our skater dresses are around 5'4", like the model in the Sakura Starlings Skater Dress. The shorter length falls above the knee on them. The exact fit and length will also vary depending on body shape and proportions.
- For a dress, if I'm a small in the chest size and a medium in the waist, which size do I go with? I'm actually the sizes listed, being a 35 in chest and 33 in the waist. I'm looking for dress to be "fitted" but not snug and not super loose.
- We normally recommend sizing down for our cotton garments when between sizes, as the cotton does stretch a bit.
