Wow! skirt, but note that the waistband runs large

"I adore this skirt. For starters, the colors are stunning. I am 5' 4", and its length brushes the tops of my feet, which I love. It has a wide sweep, so you can twirl to your heart's content. The one thing you should remember is that the waistband runs large. I normally wear an XL in the double-layer skirt, but I should have ordered an L in this one. However, it is very easily taken in. Make a fold in the middle of the front where it's smooth, not in the elastic back, and stitch it down. It's so full all over that you won't even notice the additional fabric."
