- Should I pick my size based getting the max stretch over my hips, or my actual waist size? Any tips for choosing a size would be appreciated!
- Based on the waist relaxed, but the waist does stretch out about 7" to allow for comfort. For twirl skirts, it flares out more, allowing plenty of room at the hips.
