Perfect heatwave dress. Waist in right place!

"It's the end of June. I bought this in November, and am just now wearing it. First, the waist is not too high. All the Svaha dresses have, for me, nipple seams instead of waist seams. It's because I'm busty, not a design fault. The waist on this is several inches lower, In fact, it's almost too low! I love it. This dress also has pleats in the skirt, which gives the skirt a really pleasant silhouette. Can't tell from the product photo, but there are small black dots which are difficult to see, but which make the design visually pleasing. Maybe it's the heatwave, but I wish I had more dresses in this style. And I normally HATE spaghetti straps. It's great to wear, and attractive."

"My own fault. I should have looked at the straps and known it wouldn't work for me. The Girls need more support than almost spaghetti straps can give. I love how it fits otherwise though. Lol. No one is getting a pic of it on me and the top of the bra and straps showing."

"I was so excited to get this in the mail, I absolutely adore this print. Unfortunately, I should have sized up from my normal twirl dress size. if you carry your weight in your midsection like me, it's hard to tell from the pictures, but where the waist seam is to where the pleat starts - it makes a band of sorts and if that's where you carry weight- size up IMO."

How easy is it to shorten the dress? I am a short 5' lady and this will come down way past my knees.: I think it should be pretty easy to shorten this dress since it is an all over print!
