I look like I'm wearing pajamas. . .

"I loved the way these pants looked online, bought a size L. First of all, these run small in the waist, and that is coming from someone who is usually 1-2 sizes smaller in the waist than my hips/butt. The elastic is VERY tight and uncomfortable. I can fix that by ripping out the elastic and making them a drawstring. The real reason I won't leave the house in these is they look like pajama pants. I own several Svaha dresses and love them all. These pants are a miss."

"Unfortunately, I've just got a bit too much junk in the trunk for my usual size to fit properly and the next larger size was sold out. Q&A

Would you consider making custom inseam pants? I am an XL-2X, but I am super short (5’0”). Plus petite sizes are so hard to find.: We do not have any plans right now, but we will keep this in mind.
Will you ever provide a longer inseam. At 5’11” my inseam is 34” my daughter and granddaughter are 36”.: We don't have any plans to do so at the moment, but it may be a possibility in the future!
My measurements are: 46” waist, 56” hips, and 30” inseam; is there a size that would work for me?: Given your measurements, the 5XL should be a good fit due to the stretch. The waist measures 42" but stretches comfortably up to 55", which aligns well with your 46" waist. The hips measure 50" and stretch up to 58", so they should also accommodate your 56" hip measurement.
What is the rise for size small?: For size small, the front rise is 11.25" and the back rise is 15".
How much do these pants tend to shrink in length after washing?: These should not shrink if washed cold and laid flat to dry, but they have a potential shrinkage of up to 3% after washing.
