"I like the length of the dress itself. I dislike the fit of the sleeves...very tight on my upper arms and the length of the sleeves is 5 inches too long... covers to the base of my fingers. I prefer the sleeves to end at my wrist. The smocking was too long for my torso as well. I've purchased 2 dresses from Svaha in a different style that fit me at the time. Since those purchases, I've gained weight and am now 5 ft tall and weigh 180 and my upper arms are heavy. I wanted a simple black dress and this dress looked to be perfect... but alas...not for me."

"I felt so beautiful in this dress! I wore it to give a conference presentation yesterday (the headset box fit perfectly in the pocket!) and it is soooo flattering! It's the perfect length (I'm 5'7"ish) and the top fit wonderfully - I'm so glad I went with the medium (and I'm a 34DD). The skirt is the perfect balance of volume (because I'm pear-shaped) and flattery. The smocking on the waist nipped it in enough but in a very non-obvious way. The neckline is the perfect depth - I wore a statement necklace with it and the black set that off wonderfully! I wish I could have this dress in more dark colors!"
