Sizing very different from twirl dresses

"I love this print, looked great in person, but the sizing is very different from the twirl dresses, of which I have many, all in the same size. I ordered same size in this style, but the top of the dress was far too big. Shoulders, arms, chest, looked awful. Even wearing a full padded bra vs the compressing sport bras I usually wear with the twirl dresses. I have exchanged it for 1 size smaller, which is shipped but not received yet. Hoping it will still fit my hips. The exchange was processed extremely quickly, in just a couple of days, far faster than expected based on prior customer service interactions."
