Feel free to look up your order at the bottom of this page and process a request through the form! IMPORTANT: Order numbers must be inserted in the form as the full order number with the pound sign, such as #SVAHA-123456, or just the number alone, such as 123456, for our form to accept it.
Once submitted, please ship your return back to the address below through the shipping service of your choosing, and include a note listing either your RMA number or Order ID for us to be able to pull it up (you can also simply include the original packing slip if you still have it). In case you don't receive a follow-up email, you don't need to wait on a confirmation email to mail this back to us.

EXCHANGES: Items being exchanged must be the same style or the exact same base price to qualify. Please mention the size/style you'd like in the form's "notes" section. Items aren't reserved for exchange requests ahead of time due to stock demands, so we might sell out by the time we receive and process your return. If we sell out, or if your exchange request isn't noted, you will be issued a refund instead.
If you'd like to guarantee that you receive your desired exchange item, you may purchase your exchange ahead of time. If you inform us that you have done so by sharing your new order number with us (either in the notes section of your returns form submission or on the included paper in your returned parcel), then we'll refund a standard shipping charge at the time of processing your return. Please also mention any discount codes you previously used, if applicable, as we'll apply these as well.
