When does the new program take effect?
When will I be placed in my newly updated tier?
We initiated a patch to retroactively insert everyone into their respective tiers, and expect the tier changes to fully complete by the end of April, 2024.
What will happen to my current rewards that I have not yet redeemed?
They will remain in your account for you to use, even after we transition to the new system. If they are currently missing on your account, they will be re-added by the end of April, but feel free to contact us in the meantime if you need them sooner!
Will my points reset annually?
No. Points roll over and never expire.
What about my current tier?
Your current tier will be reset and you will be put in the appropriate tier retroactively based on your purchases and other reward-earning activities since January 1, 2024. We will do something special for those of you that reached SuperGiant or Galaxy tiers prior to this change -- stay tuned!
How do I view my points?
On desktop/mobile - in the bottom-left hand corner of every page, you can view your points if you are logged in. You can also click 'My Rewards' at the top of this page.
What will be in the monthly preview email?
The monthly preview email will include sneak previews of upcoming print releases, promotions, and sales, as well as other exclusive behind-the-scenes content.
How early will eligible tiers get access to the semi-annual sales?
Supernova and higher tiers will receive a 24-hour preview period to access the semi-annual sale.
Can I combine free shipping with other discounts?
Yes, free shipping can be combined with other discounts.
Can I use my gift card with other discounts?
Yes, a gift card can be used with other discounts.
I already got the bonus for social media sign-ups/entering the program. Can I get those bonuses again?
Unfortunately, no, if you have already received those bonuses prior. However, even if you're already subscribed to the newsletter, if you sign up again, that is a new bonus so you can receive those points!
