You can leave the garment in direct sunlight, though the glow takes much longer to activate with this method.

- Hi, I'm 5ft 4" and 103kg. Size 3xl/ 38D in bra. Usually I wear a size 2xl or 3xl. I prefer a loose fit. What size would you suggest?
