Beautiful dresses but high maintenance
"These are delightful dresses. . . but you CANNOT wash and dry them according to directions. The first two times I thought perhaps it was a problem with my washer/dryer, or that I'd goofed and not put things on low. Every Svaha dress I don't handwash and hang to dry shrinks half a size or more, and with the cotton of course then requires meticulous ironing to look good. I don't know if fabric isn't getting prepped correctly before sewing or something else, but the tag that tells you to cold wash and low-heat dry is lying."

"Damask? Dragons? I'm in. I have this dress in the green and ruby colors. I prefer the green a little more since it flatters my skin tone a little better, but both are great, of course. The ruby looks more brown in some lighting situations. The twirl dress as always is comfortable and easy to wear. About me: I am a Svaha megafan and own many Svaha dresses. The twirl and maxi designs work best with my top heavy body shape. I love the fun, quirky, pretty, and nerdy fabric patterns. I have fibromyalgia with severe heat sensitivity, so I look for clothing that is comfortable and helps me to regulate my body temperature better. The cotton content of these dresses is a blessing to me. I also love the pockets and show them off regularly when I receive compliments. My favorite response is to explain that the pocket on my right can hold a puppy and the pocket on the left can hold a kitten. For daily living, I appreciate that my phone and other items stay safely tucked inside. I collect and wear hats, too. The colorful designs make it easy to find a hat to wear with each dress. I do size up one size from my average clothing size since I am larger chested to get the best fit. I machine wash the dresses and line dry with no problems."
