"Order a size up and it might still be a little snug. I normally wear size Small (4-6) and the top of this dress in Small fit me beautifully! But the rest of the dress was too snug, too form fitting. If you are looking for a sophisticated top, order your size. If you want a dress, order 1 size up. I also tried the Large size (2 sizes up), the top was very big and sliding off my shoulders a little. So depending on what part of this lovely cornflower blue dress you want to show off, order accordingly (the top-true size; the dress-1 size up; the length of the bottom-2 sizes up)."
