Svaha's 2024 Holiday Shipping Cutoffs

As long as your order is placed at or before these designated times, we guarantee to have it shipped in time to arrive by Tuesday the 24th. To prevent further delays, please ensure that your address is 100% correct before finalizing your order.

For Standard US Shipping, while parcels normally take up to 5 business days to arrive, please understand that while we guarantee to ship out all orders placed by these times, we cannot guarantee that they won't be delayed while in transit, as this is out of our hands. We recommend that people living in the non-international outskirts of the US (Alaska, Hawaii, etc.) use a guaranteed service, as standard shipping can take up to 2 weeks.

If you place a US Expedited or US Express order by these cutoff times and don't receive your order by the end of the day on the 24th, please let us know through our contact form! While post-fulfillment delays are out of our control, we ship these two options through "guaranteed delivery" services, so we will report and investigate such delays on your behalf and will be happy to compensate you as a result.
