Dogs Instead of Cats

"Alas, I am highly allergic to cats so the book reading cat lover stereotype doesn't fit me at all. Thus it is fun to have bookshelves with dogs without a single cat in sight. The blue color scheme also works great for me. My dog loving reader friend especially enjoyed this when I wore it to a lunch out together. About me: I am a Svaha megafan and own many Svaha dresses. The twirl and maxi designs work best with my top heavy body shape. I love the fun, quirky, pretty, and nerdy fabric patterns. I have fibromyalgia with severe heat sensitivity, so I look for clothing that is comfortable and helps me to regulate my body temperature better. The cotton content of these dresses is a blessing to me. I also love the pockets and show them off regularly when I receive compliments. My favorite response is to explain that the pocket on my right can hold a puppy and the pocket on the left can hold a kitten. For daily living, I appreciate that my phone and other items stay safely tucked inside. I collect and wear hats, too. The colorful designs make it easy to find a hat to wear with each dress. I do size up one size from my average clothing size since I am larger chested to get the best fit. I machine wash the dresses and line dry with no problems."

"When is the last time you twirled? I twirl multiple times every time I wear my dresses! The pockets are amazing- I can fit an iPad in one. On sizing. . . I am 47-38-47, a size 38G bra. The 2XL is recommended for my chest size. HOWEVER, I bought an XL and it fits great- although even slightly large. So I ordered the larges, and they are much more fitted, but still fit. I prefer the XL on me, and I'm VERY glad I didn't order according to the size chart. Overall, just an amazing dress and I ordered several more!!!"

Q&A

I'm trying to figure out sizes - I would probably be a M or L but can't tell from your website. Is there any information about waist/bust size in inches? Also, what is the length from the shoulder to the hem? I would love to order the Barkshelf but it looks like it is a short one - ending several inches above the knee. So you have that in a knee length or midi?
Yes, the size chart is located on the product page. It is on the righthand side of the sizing options. It says size chart and once you click on it, the chart will open up. We do not have it in a midi style.
How long is this dress in a size 3x? Inches from shoulder to bottom hem? Thank you.
