A wyrm to the wise!
What is ancient, filled with wisdom, and loved by many? Some might say books, and others might say wyrms, so we've gone ahead and combined the two! Wyrm, meaning "serpent" in Old English, is the word often associated with legless, wingless dragons, though various renditions have emerged over the decades. Wyrms have been depicted in many fantasy and mythology texts ranging back to 11th century Norse sagas, and are most notably found within the popular poem Beowulf.
